The emphasis of the fundamental class is a skill development and exposure to basic movements. The fundamental class will prepare you for the ongoing group classes. Technique will be the main focus to ensure safety and success at the next level. Along with technique, you will gain an understanding of increased intensity. The fundamental class is held over 12 sessions, which is intended to last no longer than 1 month. This class is the prerequisite to group classes for all new members.
